Free AI Readiness Snapshot
What should you check before doing more with AI?
Choose one AI tool or workflow your team already uses. Answer five questions about it. You'll see your result without sharing your email.
What you'll get
One specific thing to check first, the answer behind it, and how each of five areas looks. A quick reflection, not a diagnosis.
Not using AI yet?
The questions assume a tool in use. If you're deciding where to start, the Design Sprint or the Workshop is a better fit.

The five areas, one workflow
Based on your answers, without an evidence review. It reflects what you know about this one workflow today.
A high total can coexist with an issue that needs attention. The check above comes first regardless of the total.

How this works
One workflow. Pick a tool your team already uses and answer about that, not about the company.
Five areas. Clarity of Purpose, Data & Process Foundation, Oversight & Trust, Adoption & Workflow Fit, Human Amplification. One question each, scored 1 to 4.
Lowest area first. The result names the area that scored lowest and gives you one thing to check, independent of the total. Where areas tie, it says so and names them all, then starts with one: on a tie Human Amplification leads, because it's the finding most likely to get buried by strong scores elsewhere.
"Don't know" is allowed. An unscored answer gives you a partial reflection without a total.
Nothing leaves your browser unless you ask for an emailed copy.
