Evidence-led AI, data, and automation
Get to the real problem before you buy, automate, or scale AI.
I'm Allison Marx. I help marketing leaders diagnose what's holding a workflow back, check whether the numbers behind it can be trusted, decide what deserves attention first, and design or build systems their teams can understand, run, and improve.
Most of my clients lead marketing at growing companies of roughly 20 to 200 people: big enough to have real systems, small enough that nobody’s full-time job is AI. Some of them run a marketing team; some of them are the marketing team. I also work with the marketing ops and analytics people who own the data underneath.

What you can put to work.
Here's what finding the blocker looks like: an observed constraint, the evidence behind it, and the first practical step, not a generic maturity score. Every engagement ends with something you can hold up and check. This is one page from a findings brief, the deliverable of an AI Foundation Diagnostic.

Campaign performance lives in three exports with no shared customer key. Every AI summary starts by reconciling them by hand.
Evidence reviewed
- Weekly reporting deck, last 6 issues
- Export schemas from 3 platforms
- 4 interviews, 45 minutes each
- Pilot prompt library and outputs
First 90 days
- Weeks 1–3: agree one customer identifier with sales
- Weeks 4–8: one joined weekly table, about two hours a week for the head of marketing
- Weeks 9–12: rerun the summary pilot on that table; show the CEO the before and after
Start with the situation you recognize.
Six situations I hear most often. Each has a bounded first step, and you don't need to buy a sequence to get useful work.

Content Resonance Engine
The Content Resonance Engine turns separate checks into a structured review, while a person keeps the final editorial decision. Brand voice, source support, and publication checks, consolidated into one review a marketer can act on.
