Services
Start with the question you need answered.
You don't need every service. Choose the smallest engagement that can resolve the decision in front of you. Most clients start there, and the ones who keep working with me do so because the first engagement earned it.
Most of my clients lead marketing at growing companies of roughly 20 to 200 people: big enough to have real systems, small enough that nobody’s full-time job is AI. Some of them run a marketing team; some of them are the marketing team. I also work with the marketing ops and analytics people who own the data underneath.

Two different diagnostics
The AI Foundation Diagnostic looks inward: the use case, data, controls, adoption, and human accountability behind an internal AI effort. 3 weeks, fixed fee.
The AI Search Visibility Assessment looks outward: how AI answer platforms describe the brand, and which pages or evidence limit that accuracy. 3 weeks, fixed fee.

What a Sprint hands back.
Every engagement ends with something you can hold up and check. This is one page from a Workflow Design Sprint specification: the future-state map for a single workflow, with owners and an exception route.

Before you book
Common questions.
Do I need a Diagnostic first?
No. A Diagnostic is worthwhile only when the decision it resolves justifies its own fee. If you already know the workflow or already have a specification, start there.
Why start with a limited engagement?
Because you shouldn't have to take a working relationship on faith. A fixed scope lets you see how I work on a real problem first. Most of the value comes later, once I know your systems, your data, and your leadership well enough that every decision starts from context instead of from scratch.
What does a fee depend on?
The scope: how many workflows or use cases, how much evidence there is to read, how many people are involved, and how many systems a build touches. Fees are set after the free call, fixed in the proposal, and agreed in writing before work starts. The Working Session fee comes off a Diagnostic booked within 30 days.
Can you build a specification someone else wrote?
Yes. Existing work is reviewed before it's reused; you won't be asked to repeat it without a reason. If the spec is missing access rules, exceptions, or acceptance criteria, I'll tell you what's missing before quoting the Build.
Is the work remote?
Yes. Workshops are scoped as remote sessions; on-site delivery is quoted separately.
Do we keep the outputs?
Yes. Findings briefs, workflow maps, specifications, documentation, and the automation itself are yours. Usage costs and ongoing operation of a built system are separate from the project fee.
